Who wants to invest time and energy in NFT's (Non Fungeable Tokens) What healthy human being wants to by real estate space in a computer simulation ? Not a real human being, a moron with too much money. This is very real though. Neal Stephenson's Snow Crash is a great book to illustrate just how real the metasverse will become to those who use it. Another commodity to buy and sell. Zuckerberg even stole the name 'MetaVerse' from the book Snow Crash.
